Your role to help your church leadership
Ephesians 4:10-12 (Amplified Bible)
10He Who descended is the [very] same as He Who also has ascended high above all the heavens, that He [His presence] might fill all things (the whole universe, from the lowest to the highest).
Their responsibility
Romans 12:8
....if it is leadership, let him govern diligently;…
Your responsibility:
Hebrews 13:17
Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.
Pray for Your Church leaders, if you feel as though your church isn’t growing spiritually or physically
Hebrews 13:24
Greet all your leaders and all God's people
Hebrews 13:7
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

How do you feel about your Pastor?
How do most people feel when they leave church or listen to a Pastor speak:
Emotions:
Happy (emotion) – From seeing old friends, liked today’s musical selections, relaxed because you took a break from daily activities, somebody (including the Pastor) delivered good news to you.
Sad (emotion)
The sermon really made you give second thought about your ways.
Upset with yourself because you realize that you are not leading the life Jesus expects for you.
Disappointed because you realized you commit sins daily.
Condemned because the Pastor reminded the congregation how they were not living the way God expected them to be living.
You compare yourself to other people in the church who you consider “holy” and get disappointed because you are not like they are.
Emotions are temporary feelings. Emotions fluctuate throughout your day.
Empower
Verb (action) Empower someone means that you are encouraging them to take action.
Give them the practical way to obtain results.
Definitions:
1. to give official authority or legal power to
2. ENABLE 1ato promote the self-actualization or influence of
3. To equip or supply with an ability; enable
4. To provide individuals and or groups with skills, information, authority and resources in order to carry out their responsibilities.
Results
-Ready to demonstrate what you learned to others.
-Confident that the Pastor gave you enough information to live a more productive life.
- Learned a new prayer that you are going to apply in your life as well as others.
-Expecting God to answer your prayer.
-Expecting to hear something similar the next time you go back to church.

Message to Church Pastors
Please Stop condemning your church members!
I have been attending church services at different churches throughout NYC. The difference between the warm loving church congregation versus the cold judgemental congregation has been the message the Pastor preaches each week.
For example: I recently heard a Pastor describe the church as a "clubhouse". Well who's the one who approves church activities? I thought it was the Pastor. So that means the Pastor must like clubhouse activities. But yet, Jesus tell us not to turn his sanctuary into a den for robbers and thieves. Hmm?
And what about the Pastors who constantly remind their church members how they are doing the wrong things. "If I knew I would come to church and get beat up every week, I'd stay home. -Creflo Dollar.
Remember when we become born again "Our sins have been forgiven". The Pastor's responsibility should be to take care of the Saints (sheep).
My real message is this please stop condemning your congregation. They are there to feel the love of God and learn how to apply it in their life. If you are teaching the love of God, but not teaching them how to apply it in their daily lives, then you are wasting your breath. Once they walk out the door they now feel like bad people, who are sinners. Again, when the Son sets you free you are free indeed.
Condemn (Webster.com)
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French condempner, from Latin condemnare, from com- + damnare to condemn -- more at DAMN
1 : to declare to be reprehensible, wrong, or evil usually after weighing evidence and without reservation.
Condemn (dictionary.com)
to express an unfavorable or adverse judgment on; indicate strong disapproval of; censure.
Psalm 34:22
The LORD redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.
John 3:17
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
John 5:24
"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
Please speak to your Pastor and let him/her know to stop condemning your church members.

Find a Friend during rough times
There is nothing harder then going through a tough time by yourself. Trust is something that has become abused in our society so it's hard to confide your personal information in others.
Friend as:
Song of Solomon 1:4
Take me away with you—let us hurry! Let the king bring me into his chambers. [ Friends ] We rejoice and delight in you ; we will praise your love more than wine. [ Beloved ] How right they are to adore you!
James 2:23
And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend.
John 15:13
Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
1 John 4:11
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
You always have a friend in Jesus, our mediator to God. But when you need someone to talk to look for someone who has Godly characteristics. The conversation will have more of an impact on your life when you speak to a bible based person.
God Bless

It's hard to trust God when times are rough
2 Thessalonians 1 (New International Version)
Thanksgiving and Prayer
3We ought always to thank God for you, brothers, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love every one of you has for each other is increasing. 4Therefore, among God's churches we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring.
5All this is evidence that God's judgment is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. 6God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you 7and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels. 8He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power 10on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.
My prayers go out to all of those who have been effected by the recent occurences tornados. Please continue to trust God and use Jesus as your mediator. His love endures forever.

What's the big deal about Jesus?
Jesus is our Mediator to God.
1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
Hebrews 8:6
But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.
Hebrews 12:24
to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant...

Free Spirit
Many of us identify ourselves as free spirits. There is only one true way to have a "free spirit". It comes by receiving Jesus Christ in your heart.
When you are ready say outloud:
Father in Heaven, I am ready to admit I want to have a free spirit. Jesus Christ come live inside of my heart and save me. By faith I believe that I am saved, In Jesus Name.
