Emotions:
Happy (emotion) – From seeing old friends, liked today’s musical selections, relaxed because you took a break from daily activities, somebody (including the Pastor) delivered good news to you.
Sad (emotion)
The sermon really made you give second thought about your ways.
Upset with yourself because you realize that you are not leading the life Jesus expects for you.
Disappointed because you realized you commit sins daily.
Condemned because the Pastor reminded the congregation how they were not living the way God expected them to be living.
You compare yourself to other people in the church who you consider “holy” and get disappointed because you are not like they are.
Emotions are temporary feelings. Emotions fluctuate throughout your day.
Empower
Verb (action) Empower someone means that you are encouraging them to take action.
Give them the practical way to obtain results.
Definitions:

3. To equip or supply with an ability; enable
4. To provide individuals and or groups with skills, information, authority and resources in order to carry out their responsibilities.
Results
-Ready to demonstrate what you learned to others.
-Confident that the Pastor gave you enough information to live a more productive life.
- Learned a new prayer that you are going to apply in your life as well as others.
-Expecting God to answer your prayer.
-Expecting to hear something similar the next time you go back to church.
